I beat a "small" goal I set for myself by completing 7+ minutes of planks total for 1 day. The most I've done previously was 5.
I won't hit the 60 like most people (or more) but I'm really proud of the hard work and goals I've met. And I will be doing more next month!3 -

Great job everyone! So many goals met, so many personal accomplishments!!
Well, I put paddling above planking again this month, so I'm far behind my goal...will try to get some knocked out today but know I've got some other exercise tonight (organization work at church involving lots of lifting and ladder climbing). Hope to get the April thread up and going either later tonight or first thing in the morning (no fooling)...I'm a bit hamstrung as I'm mouseless due to one of my cats getting tangled in the cord and it getting demolished as she ran from it...and I am personally challenged with these silly touch pads to do much cutting/pasting. But enough excuses from me...will post when I get the new thread up...for now, have to run off to get some work done!1 -
Looking forward to April! Well.. with the exception of tax day, the rest will be fun though.2

I got tied up at church tonight, and so epic fail for me for this month on getting it done (though I was so far behind, there was no way I was going to pull it off today)...meh, I got a lot of core work from paddling, but just not by planking...need to force myself to be more consistent in April.
