    This is the plank routine I do each morning, I add extra 30 sec side planks to stretch it to 8 minutes (well 4 right now at a time because of my arm/neck issue). So I do 2 x 4 minute planks this way and then the last plank is 2 minutes which is 30 sec forearm, 30 sec each side, and one final 30 sec forearm. Wears me out!

    Yea I have not done those lately, my arm/neck is screaming by that point the last week or so, so I just do a standard forearm for the last part. I was getting good at them though. When it heals I'll have to work my way back up to it.

    I've fallen off the wagon yet again this month (so many great excuses - sore back, sore shoulder, travel, lazy, forgot, life got in the way), so did a focused session today to do a little catch up. Did the first part of the DareBee Killer plank workout, but then changed up the last two exercises for three sets today.

    Had planned to do some planks today to continue my 'catch up' mode, but my first paddle in weeks (and extended paddle at that - over 5 miles, nearly 2 hours), totally kicked my butt today, and I'm now in minimal movement mode for the rest of the evening. One of these days I'll figure out to do my planks BEFORE I go paddling...sadly, I've not figured that out yet. :/ Crawling to the shower now...after getting some much needed sustenance... Hoping I can do better tomorrow before I head out for another paddle. Sometimes adulting is so hard!

    March 2: 1:10 x 2 Front plank, 1:10 x 2 Right side, 1:10 x 2 Left side, 1:00 hip touch planks (8 minutes total)
    Aggravated a back injury and missed a couple of weeks. Probably won't get the 90, but I'm back.
    March 21: 3 x Bowflex 3 minute plank routine. (9 minutes total)
    March 23: 3 x Bowflex 3 minute plank routine. (9 minutes total)
    March 28: 3 x Bowflex 3 minute plank routine. (9 minutes total)

    Total for month: 35 min (55 left to goal)

    Days 23-29 - two one-minute planks every darn day!
    Can't believe I stuck with it. Even my husband and cousins joined me on the floor one night, ha ha.
