    Starting way late in the game! I'll aim for 20 minutes in 12 days. Any more will just be proof of major progress :) lost over 20 lbs so far but need some more inspiration and challenges to keep me going. half way to my goal weight!

    I'm extremely excited about tonight- I had to fight but I'm proud of myself. I guess my practice with a 20+ lb baby climbing on me helped. :)

    Today was awesome! I managed to do a straight arm plank for 2:03. This is a full 30 seconds better than the best time I had yesterday. * It was a personal goal to hold a plank for 2 minutes and I did it.

    Aggravated a back injury and missed a couple of weeks. Probably won't get the 90, but I'm back.
