Sounds familiar I am trying to lose 40lbs which I had lost and have recently regained and I do great all day then snack in the evening. I like exercise but with age have joint issues which make it difficult. Just trying to figure it out.

I know what you mean i do good all day and then just before bed time i get the cravings that I can't stop. Every morning i say today will be different and most nights i give in and do the same stupid things. Need to find a mouth muzzle
