Arthritis & joint pain
I have had a lot of pain from my lef knee and lately its gotten worse. Five years ago my doctor repaired it but it slowly gotten stiffer and more painful. Haven't been to see a doctor aa of late but definately need to. My guy has retired so I will need to find a new one. Feels like the bones are grinding into each other. ☹️

Accidently deleted my fitness pal off my phone and even dumber couldn't get password reset to get it back so starting over with new account kind sucks but that will teach me to keep my crap
