I am talking from experience and am not in any way a certified doctor, but whenever I experienced cold sweat it's usually low blood sugar. No need to panic, just wrap up your workout and eat something.

You can change your thinking from day calorie goal to week calorie goal and then based on your weekly intake have a rest day where you eat more than usually but maintain your weekly goal. If you successfully apply this, then you can have all the cheat days you want !

You need to change your scope from daily goals to weekly goals. Eat less when you can manage yourself during the week, to spare the calories for the weekend binges. CICO logic isn't valid only on days ! :smile:

Total Daily Energy Expenditure. Basically what you spend calorie-wise. If you eat that amount, you can't gain nor lose weight

I got called skinny fat. While asking for advice to recomp :blush: I got a BMI of 23 and body/fat ratio of 14%. I simply didn't care, i am proud of what i achieved so far (really did not even believe i'd get close to where i am now in my life)! Body shaming exists in various forms, even ripped dudes in gym changing rooms…

I'm short, 5'5" I haven't measured my waistline of late but it is somewhere between 78-76 cm. tbh you're the first to drop the skinny fat bomb at me and its scary :# Edit: i just measured waist at 74cm (29")

Turkey, skinless chicken, Cheese... There's a thread somewhere in here with an excel sheet that ranks food with the most protein percentage compared to calorie intake, i can't find it sorry !
