I can't. We live together with my grandpa and he's bedbound. There's no way either of us could take care of him by ourselves. So if I leave, he'll either end up in a nursing home, or die.

when i say i feel gross about myself, i mean that i just don't feel right. like my day hasn't been completed and it makes me kind of uncomfortable.

I weigh in every morning, in my bathroom, but cometo think of it... I haven't changed the batteries since I bought it. But would that make a difference? I'm weighing in at a consistent weight every day..

I log my food manually in a notebook, it's just better for me to be able to see a physical copy of what I eat so I can flip through it quickly. But I decided to start logging it here now, since other members can see it and help Me out. (I wasn't aware that other members could see my diet on here before)

Nope! Ruled that one out lol

Sadly I'm not exaggerating. I have gained exactly 10 pounds. And I feel like it's all gone to my thighs. My shirts are looser now, which is nice but my thighs are literally becoming tree trunks. I hate it! But.. my *kitten* has grown too, which I kind of like hehe. But jeezaloo I wish my thighs would stop growing.

Yes I have a scale and I use it. I've been tracking my food and calories and I don't eat back the calories I've burned. I'm 5,7, currently 180, but normally I'm 170. Calorie goal set from mfp is 1700

Sorry dude. I thought you meant like "open your diary...and go whine about it somewhere else" Didn't know other people could see my food diary so I figured you meant it in a sarcastic way lol. Sorry!

I don't use this app for food journaling. I like to have a physical copy so I write down what I eat, and track the calories on paper so I can flip through and visually see what I've been eating (I like to make charts...yeah I know. I'm a nerd) I didn't know other members can even see other members food journals here. I'll…

I've been using a scale to measure food, I've steadily been cutting down 25% of what I used to eat. Is that not enough? I figured with the cardio it would be enough of a void to cut weight. Also, I've started drinking much more water than I used to. But water weight is supposed to shed after a couple weeks right?

Well I mean, my shirts fit a lot looser in the waist now which is nice... But good god my thighs are just massive. My leggings literally don't fit anymore. It's like all my weight is migrating to my thighs and *kitten*. I've actually cut out the majority of the processed carbs I used to eat. So mostly I eat chicken or…

Sometimes I unexpectedly lose weight just out of the blue (usually around 10 pounds-ish) when I'm not trying to. But other times i just gain weight without changing my diet (usually around 5-10pounds). I've been wanting to bring up a possible hormonal imbalance but it just seems so convenient. It seems like "thyroid…

Yeah, I am a girl actually. I'm used to my weight fluctuating during ny TOM but it always goes back down and this time it went back down but I've been steadily gaining weight. And Okay so maybe I overreacted a little but it's frustrating to see 5+ people all accusing me of the same thing over and over. And as a human…

Everyone seems to be asking the same question. Have I been eating less? Yes. I keep a food journal and I record everything I eat, and I log all my runs/excercise with MapMyRun. I feel like you guys are accusing me of lying about what I eat. So why don't you just come right out and say it. If I had been eating like a pig…
