I used 4 table spoons of dressing today and mixed it up with salad tongs like some suggested and the salad was drenched completely. I can bring it down to 2 table spoons tomorrow and cut a bunch of calories out. Thanks everyone for the help and info!

That most likely what I'll do tomorrow for lunch, try 2 tbsp of dressing and see how well it coats everything

Yeah this is my meal, I'm doing 3 meals of 500 calories each and I eat this for my lunch.

Thanks for all the suggestions I went and picked up some bolthouse farm yogurt dressings, it seems to work well. I can't use any vinaigrette type of dressings because it takes a toll on my throat.

I must be doing something wrong because these 6 tbsp barely covered half of the salad, maybe I'm too use to smothering my salad and not caring about calories when I wasn't trying to lose weight. I'll try to cut it down to 3 tbsp which is still a lot on my next salad. How many cups are lettuce did you have for that one tbsp?

Yeah, I noticed it and was in shock, I've never tried salad without any dressing so maybe I should try it next time and see how I like it. Also, thanks for the link I'll look through the flavors!

Yeah, I will slowly ween myself off of it a half a tablespoon a salad probably.
