We have 2 scales. I've stepped on each 3 times within a few minutes and I received 4-5 different numbers! All I know is first week counting CICO on MFP ever & each day I'm under my goal.. I've never eaten so few calories in a weeks time in my life & the scale is bouncing around like I do on the elliptical!

Mine are simple & body-size related: -have a closet full of clothes all in the same size, one I'm happy with -not hearing any fat jokes anymore -already know how to cook -feel confident naked -zipline -ride in a hot air balloon (Not in certain order)

Thanks all!!! It's amazing to me learning our hearts can range so much! :o My resting average not moving is 90-100 so in my mind nearing doubling seemed extreme. I did have a side pain on the elliptical but pushed thru. (I've been so very out of shape & this is my first month going to gym regularly. :D

I'd say 20K is High. I remember my ole Fitbit kept stating the official recommendation is 10-15K steps daily.
