No. They have everything to do with weight loss. For example, my macros are 60 grams of protein, 20 grams of fiber, 40 grams of fat. Protein is 4 calories per gram, so 60 grams of protein is 240 calories. Fiber is 4 calories per gram, so 20 grams of fiber is 80 calories. Fat is 7 calories per gram, so 40 grams of fat is…

I love the grassmilk. But, only get it occasionally in the summer months. Also, very occasionally get their chocolate milk. Otherwise, I get their fat free milk.

This is my experience as well. I still don't eat the entire quantity, I'm just adding fewer calories to my daily total.

Peppers (red, yellow, green) and mushrooms.

I never have a problem getting enough protein or fat. So, I focus on fiber. If I do that, those are the days my macros are all balanced.

Not all carbs are bad. Cheerios are high in fiber, so no need to cut that out - unless it's one of the sugared varieties. Half a whole wheat baguette isn't bad either. And, as Jayco141 mentioned, if you like pasta, try wheat pasta. Look for added sugars on packaging. Single digits isn't bad, but definitely cut out anything…

I think I have my setting set up incorrectly. I'm not getting any pervy messages. :-(

Possibly. Depends on how old she is and what sort of exercise. I've only *just* started watching what I eat, but in the past, I've started walking and swimming but not curbing what I eat. Never lost a pound, but dropped several pant sizes. YMMV

just moved from 1400 down to 1200. But, eating fiber, protein, and a small amount of fat will keep you full all day. Feel free to add me. My diary is open.

If you started your diet and started working out at the same time, you probably aren't seeing weight loss results because you are gaining muscle - and muscle weighs more than fat. Are your pants looser?

Grilled chicken, some sort of frozen vegetable medley (with lima beans :yuck:) about a 1/2 ounce of ranch dressing, and 3.5 ounces of grapes. Pretty boring, but ... it's the workplace cafeteria. I never get their "meals" just skirt around the a la cart choices. I usually get fresh vegetables, cuz I prefer them raw, but ..…

I see a nutritionist weekly and am slowly learning about the macros. I was always "thin" when I was young, but slowly started gaining weight as the years went by. Now, I'm learning why. It's difficult to plan my day because I never know where I'm going to eat until I get there. Then, I don't know the macros until I put…

Figured it out. Just opened it up.
-
Sure. How do I do that?
-
What do you eat? I have yet to have a day that I don't go over my sugar limit - and that's even when the only sugar I have is in fruit.
-
Just hit my 30 days in a row. Logged in every day since starting. You can add me.
-
You can add me Jake. You'll be my first. Been on MFP for about 5 weeks and the only thing that shows up in my feed is that I've logged my food XX many days in a row.

So, you did eventually lose the extra skin?
