I was too sore from bootcamp to work out for 2 days... today I did a 30 minute Gilad's bodies in Motion workout = 1.5 hrs.

What a great perspective on being healthy. I'm not too hard on myself about my weight b/c I'm doing something about it. Taking time out to go for a nature walk & to read a chapter out of a book everyday sounds lovely. :smiley:

As long as it's water soluble you should be fine, just be more aware of fat soluble vitamins. (A, D, E & K are fat soluble) Ask your dr. at your physical appointment. :smile:

Sometimes that happens. Don't stress about it, that will only make it worse. Try cutting back on sugary fruits.
