Track the amount of hours completed
Today, I completed my 1st hour! Woohoo I've been off track for a while & about to dive back into the exercise lifestyle. That 1 hour class was bootcamp & I'm so beat, I almost got sick to my stomach. I won't stop b/c of 1 hard class though, no! I have to push through, just like I did today!

Let's Work It Out Challenge
Work out everyday in the months of March & April starting today. Record the exercise & length of time. **It could be anything from a 20 minute walk to a 3 hour hike. We've got this!

Finally ready
I want to have micro goals that help keep me on track along the way. Starting at 210, I'd like to get down to 170 lbs. Does anybody in the Rochester have any fun work out ideas?
