is that popeyes and fried okra or what?

i don't think there really is one. anything with low fat fake cheese is hard on your system. this is a recipe that adds nutrients instead. i don't puree the veggies because i like the chunky stuff. this is for 51 servings. 2 pound Pasta, Macaroni, Elbow, Whole Grain, Dry 2 gallon Water 3 ounce Flour, All Purpose 1-1/2…

good for you. as far as losing pounds goes intermittent fasting, planning meals, logging everything i eat down to the gram, and using fitbit has worked for me. i think i'll not give advice on getting pregnant. i'm sure you can find a youtube for that. ;)

i'm not sure. you may want to do fatsecret. it has a place to add health care professionals. plus it has lots of diet options as part of the app.

good decision. i was 256 in feb '17. now 223ish. goal is 170. what works for me so far:\* count my steps * coffee * intermittent fasting * lots of coffee * i don't eat any food from a package/meaning frozen dinners, pre cooked anything from the deli, refer at the market. * i cook everything from scratch or i know who did…

so uncomplicate. lose the powders, bars and shakes. eat real food. what's more concerning to me at least is the value added cr@p in the premade "health" foods. stick with the fruit, salads and yogurt. lose the non and low fat foods as well. not good. and especially keep your kids away from them.…

not in a microwave but the best quinoa you'll try today. sometimes i substitute half the amount of quinoa with lentils or black beans partly mashed. way better than a store bought veggie burger without all the hidden stuff in it. epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/little-quinoa-patties-365029 there really is no shortcut for…

kombuchia. nasty. luckily i hang with other chefs and no one has been edgy enough to do chickpea blondies or cauliflower pasta/pizza/rice. thank goodness. fresh cooked yellow beets with olive oil and salt and pepper are amazing. some of the best salads i've had were kale. i think if something sucks then it could be…

i'd say there are some good suggestions so far. i'd also say avoid canned ingredients. they have as much sodium as the soups you are trying to avoid. same with ham in any form. i'd say keep the ham as a flavoring agent, cook your beans from scratch, get ls or no salt added tomatoes in a can or just use fresh. well made…

they have all given advice that has worked for me. i'll add a couple of things. sooner than later start eating less conveniently. meaning eat without holding the food in your hands. no sandwiches, burritos, wraps, etc. no eating in the car. no eating in front of the tv or computer. sit at the table and have a meal. start…

i'd say why not if you continue on track. being in the business myself i'd be wary of canned beans and rice mixes. judging from the nutrition sheet from the website you'll most likely get at least a good day's worth of sodium from the bowl anyway.
