hi. what's your target calorie count?
-
that's amazing. wtg. the hug test is the best way to track weight loss. ;)

this will work. figure out your bmr for your target weight. pick a movement level below what your activity is. do the intermittent fasting calculating the intake targeting that calorie count. what i find helpful is entering in the food way before you eat. i'll enter the whole day when i'm having coffee. that way you can…

mfp gets me to slow down and be intentional with my food. i looking to get old in one piece.

it's dog food with more junk to keep it "fresh". check the ingredients.

everything can be done by zoom or whatever. don't overthink it. eat well. make everything yourself from scratch. that will give you true numbers. move more to burn calories. be intentional about the moving and eating. get a fitbit and link to mfp. no excuses. that's the 2021 theme.

move more. eat less calories than you burn. and here's the key part...track everything you eat. it's easy to eat better if you cook all your meals. your know exactly what's going in. premade/packaged/fastfood all have add sugar. they are also calorie dense.

returning after a couple of sluggish years. did pretty well for a while. counter by scale everything that went in the body. that really isn't what was the key to success last time. it was eating intentionally. i stopped eating what was convenient. i cooked everything i ate and used good quality ingredients. down to the…

i'm thinking they should have a quick instruction and test for the self serve checkout at some of the grocery stores where i shop. it's like people are seeing english written for the first time. if they can't pass the test they have to use a live checker. the problem is the employees are almost as bad.

i had this as a book in school. tons of recipes with the ingredient but no methods or amounts. https://www.amazon.com/Repertoire-Cuisine-Renowned-Classic-Experts/dp/0812051084 we did figure it out.

the crockpot express does all that too but it is probably better to go with the more used/popular instant pot. back the crockpot goes.

i will eat anything. i like just about everything, i have tried all the non dairy types. i am using organic half and half. to me the nutty flavors over run the coffee flavor too much. i also work in a nut free environment so there's that too.
