I’m frustrated

I’ve been using my fitness pal since June 2 I log every thing that I eat and drink I quit smoking 3 1/2 years ago and I’ve gained 30 pounds in the past month. I have been walking at least 15,000 steps and the weight is barely coming off, I’m not giving up and I keep pushing myself, but it gets a little frustrating

    Can you clarify how you've gained 30 pounds in the past month despite weight (barely) coming off? Over what time period has the weight been coming off? Have you been using different scales to weigh yourself? Is it possible your scales need new batteries?
