hello. i was on here for years and wasn't exactly faithful to it. when i was i did well. so today i was carrying groceries up the 3 frights of stairs and was completely out of breath. so back i am. i will be doing hi-protein and IF. consistency is key.

Hello. I can’t figure out how to connect my Fitbit. It says it is connected on mfp but never shows steps. I don’t see any option on Fitbit for mfp. Am I missing something? Thanks.

sugar my problem
i'm an addict. please help me stop. i'm just about unable to go grocery shopping without coming home with sugary cr@p. ice cream and cookies are the 2 most common items. i find myself thinking about it on the way home even. what have you done to quit?

what is your favorite sandwich?
the best sandwich ever....off the bbq...mesquite charcoal please...thick sliced sourdough (has to be from san francisco), thick sliced calfs liver and strawberries. a little mayo. the sour from the bread, the sweet from the berries and the liver together is a great completion of flavors.
