@Sunna_W about 4-5 cups of water a day, Poland Springs bottled. Yes, slightly dehydrated, I went into keto in about 5-6 days. I've been feeling this way off and on (mostly on) since I started. Thank you, and everyone who replied. :-D

Oh, and I should add that I do struggle to get enough water in. I get about 4-5 glasses a day. Any more than that and I feel bloated. Could this be a culprit.

Hi Starship, Thanks for your post. I did add electrolytes, and ACV in the mornings, during the 2nd week. Perhaps that is what has increased the feeling of wellness. What is fat adapted?
