@traceyc013 thanks I really appreciate it. They really have stolen so much from my life I would like to get something back. If I can't feel better maybe I'll look better? Hahah

I love my depo I think I lost weight from when I switched off the pill and not having to worry about having my period and horrible cramps make it worth any minor side effect I might have. I'm so worried my doctor is gonna force me to go off it when I go in for my annual appointment this summer because I have already been…

@traceyc013 Yeah it can be pretty tough when everything gets all stacked together. I think I could manage everything else a whole lot better if I didn't have to deal with the migraines they are what really knock me down but I have been trying really hard any day I can physically get up and move I have been going to the gym…

Hello my name is Nikki I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and I also have degenerative disc disease and problems with discs in my lower back, IBS, and chronic migraines. So I deal with a lot of various pain all day every day most of it I think I would be able to manage on its own is just everything stacked together…

Oh I forgot to mention I am a bit overweight now I am 5'2" and about 155lbs, I used to always be very small for a while I was barely over 100 but was typically always around 110lbs but then I started having issues with chronic migraines and got put on tons of different medications and they caused a lot of weight gain, at…

I was just diagnosed with this last week! I wasn't prescribed anything specific for the disorder but was given a medication because I am on opioids for pain management and my doctor thinks that's causing things to be ever worse and she gave me a rx to help with that. I have had Reflux and IBS since I was in high school so…

I'm glad I read this because I tend to go over my sugar goal a lot and I was wondering if I was a problem. I am always under my calories and do decent with everything else but my sugar is always so high because I will eat cereal as a snack and when I have a migraine I like to drink an energy drink because the caffeine…

I don't think microwave bacon is particularly healthy and I have serious doubts cooking this way reduces the calories like you say but I eat this stuff nearly every day with scrambled eggs and some raspberries. That's my typical lunch after gym days I just love it, the calories aren't super high and it's super easy to make…

I lost 2lbs like right away then gained 5 back but after about 3 1/2weeks total I ended up losing about 10lbs below what I started at. In the last week and a half I have been just gaining and losing the same 2lbs over and over again which had been frustrating. I would like it just to make up its mind. I haven't made any…

I eat dry cereal as a snack, it's my sweet treat, but as soon as I get the box I go home and weigh out each portion into separate baggies. Because I know if I don't I'll eat 2-3x easily.

I'm 5'2" and I think I was the happiest when I was between 105-110 I think I was too thin when I weighed less and was self conscious when I was much more. I'm currently 153 and my goal is to just get back to around 120-125. This is me when I was around 110-115 and I was pretty happy with it.

Same thing happened to me when I started at the beginning of March, I lost like 2lbs right away and then I gained 5lbs (which put me at 3lbs over what I started) and I couldn't lose that extra weight for a long time, but I just stuck to it and within the course of the next month I went down 10lbs total. I'm kind stuck…

I have chronic migraines which seem to have very similar symptoms (and just as an aside I did have a concussion from car accident a little over a year ago so there could be a little overlap idk much about side effects from it). I personally just have to watch what and how much exercises I do. I can do weights but I need to…

I don't say this to be a jerk but welcome to the internet

@Machka9 I often times have trouble meeting my calorie goals (even when they are set at 1200) and sorta have to force myself to eat extra or eat things that I don't enjoy that have extra calories to get to my goals. So it was suggested to me that I try out some products along these lines to help supplement my diet. I have…

I've had IBS and Reflux issues for years and my doctor just told me they think I have gastroparasis. So I have lots of unexplained random pains (and I mean lots) I also tend to alternate between diarrhea and constipation, whatever feels like happening that month(s) and tons of nausea and even vomiting. I can reduce a lot…

Me! I will try to eat some healthly stuff but I can't give up all my junk food! I will generally keep my calories under control though!

@witchywoman167 I don't get disability (still in the application process) but I had Medicaid. They won't pay for my membership I get like $5 off a month.

@hawk057 When I talk about PT making things worse I don't mean the normal process I understand that I mean they actually caused more major problems with my back. As in I'm positive the bulging of my one disc came from PT (I didn't have issues with it prior had severe pain from PT then suddenly I had issues with that disc).…

@TheCupcakeCounter I have been considering adding some kind of protein powder or getting one of those meal replacement shakes and having that as a snack during the day. The only reason I haven't yet is that I don't seem to be losing very much in the way of weight so I don't know if I should be concerned or not. I do a…

It depends on who measures me where sometimes I'm 5'2" sometimes I'm 5'1" (that's without shoes, so they aren't what's causing the discrepancy, not sure what is!) I am currently 154lbs I started working out at about 163 but at my heaviest I was over 200 (I was on a bunch of different medications that messed with me bad). I…

@hawk057 and @crb426 I usually keep the intensity down pretty low on the bike I'm on the lowest, the elliptical I usually don't go higher than it's level 4 setting, and on the treadmill I will alternate from jogging/light running for a minute or two followed by walking for about the same and back and forth. When I lift…

Yeah I really do use the gym as a bit of an escape which is part of the reason I'm there so long. I get anxiety attacks at home a lot and I just get this panic that tells me I need to leave my house asap and o will just freak out if I don't (even though I know nothing is wrong) but now I can go to the gym instead of just…

The only problem I have with that it costs like $50 or something along those lines for an appointment with the trainer (and he doesn't just hang out there so I can't even just flag him down to ask any quick questions) Due to the migraines I get I haven't been able to hold down a job so I can barely afford my gym membership…

If I do both cardio and my weights (they aren't much just some of the pieces of equipment that works my arms/upper body) in one day I will typically be there for about 3 hours (I do take a bit of rest between each bit of cardio and stuff so I'm not working out the whole time I'm there ). And it can vary week to week. Some…

@averysmallhouse I have really bad chronic migraines and anti-depressants/anti-seizure drugs are the most typical preventive medications so I have be on tons of them in the past could years. And dang those bad boys do a number on your body and it's so hard to lose that weight too! I was given on anti-seizure medication and…

From what everyone has been saying I think I would go with the blaze over the charge2 but still stuck with the debate over the Apple Watch though haha

I used to play eve online but that was like forever ago. When my ex and I broke up he stole my account (one of the many jerk moves he did) and I haven't touched it since. I totally forgot about that game for awhile!

Also thanks for all the suggestions and help everyone. I really appreciate everything you are all helping me with. You guys are all amazing!
