Jamesha100, the 10 lbs difference will make A LOT of difference, even though it will not be visible. I lost 15 pounds so far, no major difference in the way I look but I PROMISE you that you will feel much better. I sweat less, I am less irritable, work more, less sluggish, more endurance in the gym.
