I suffer with sciatica and I literally need pain killers before bed as I will wake up in pain. I find do the gentle exercises what's on YouTube eases it so I can release the nerve and I'm ok for abit

I'm 5 ft 8 and 245lbs my calorie goal is set at 1890 lightly active. 1 stone 10lbs lost in 2 months. Some days I eat less than that can be 1400 to 1600 some days. I don't drink alcohol either so my calories are just based on the food I eat and all I drink is water. I'm getting more active now I'm losing weight

That's one food I stay well clear of is pizza that was my downfall. I noticed a difference when I got past the first stone loss. I feel way better in myself and my skin is better and I've dropped a dress size. You will notice keep it up

Going out partying kept my weight down but when i stopped i gained weight. Think i need the party lifestyle again

It's ok this week i went up 4pounds after 3 weeks losing and I've done nothing different apart from been due on period. My stomach as been so bloated and today I've gone down to what i was and feel ok. Just obviously retaining water.
