For everyone's knowledge, my weight was back up to where it has been sitting this morning. lol. It was down for two days then back up. Basically, who knows :D

^ this is my feeling about this, too. usually I just take it with a grain of salt and if it is up like a pound-ish, I usually just chalk it up to whatever and move on with my day. I was just surprised with more than a few pounds difference from the day prior.

I'm 5'4.5" and 134 lbs. My BMI is 23 and I wear anywhere from a 4 to an 8, though a size 6 is usually a safe bet. For tops I wear a medium usually, mostly because I have large boobs and I've lost a lot of weight and my tummy isn't as flat as I'd like

I set it as .5 lbs/week and said I was 'active' which gave me 1940 cals a day. But I have not been eating that much every day, usually closer to 1700 (though the past two days have been over 2000 because I have been feeling so hungry). I haven't been eating back exercise calories.
