I do insanity max in the mornings, then one of the ab sessions (the bonus DVDs) in the evening. If you have 21 Day Fix, you could also do 10 minute abs

I'm right there with you! I do awesome with the workouts, but demolish it all in the kitchen. I'm trying to get better. I seem to feel starving when doing this program. I need to chose to eat carrots rather than cookies!
