Max 30

Love the max 30 workouts and I'm on my third round yet have a tough time following the diet. Tmrw starts 2nd week of month 1, 3rd round and I am going all in. Going to go perfect on my nutrition in order to get ripped and lean. I'm in great shape however would like to lose some fat especially around the middle. Anyone else who is doing this program and want to keep eachother on track would be great!

    I'm right there with you! I do awesome with the workouts, but demolish it all in the kitchen. I'm trying to get better. I seem to feel starving when doing this program. I need to chose to eat carrots rather than cookies!
