The Hawaiian chicken thin crust from Papa Johns has 190 a slice, less if you go with light sauce and light cheese (but I don't know how much less so I still logged it as the 190). Served double duty for me the first weekend of the men's tourney as a pizza and a sweet tooth fix.

My March was good, MFP-wise. 20.2 pounds in 31 days. Like you, I had a double-digit drop early, and since then it's been close to 2 a week. Just reconfigured my counter settings and macros and ended up with a few more cals I can eat in a day. Here's hoping I still lose. I have 60 more to go.

C isn't a problem because it's water-soluble. It's the fat-solubles you have to worry about. Consult your physician (although they don't get much, if any, nutrition or vitamin training in school in the states....some learn on their own later) or a registered dietitian.

I do kettlebells. Swings several days a week, slowly working in one cycle of one of Mike Donavanik's older kettlebell workouts, walking on the off days. Once I get my form perfected, I'll increase the length of the swings. Once I get more stamina, I'll add more reps of the workout video.
