I do : ) feel free to add me. I meal prepped for this week so it's kind of repetetive but these chicken enchiladas and turkey Chili and Protien pancakes have sure had me satisfied and kept me on track this week!

For ME, yes it is. I can't really function or do much until I've had breakfast. I don't really think that's debatable though because everyone is different. I know some people aren't hungry in the morning. If you listen to your body and eat when you're hungry...then it doesn't matter what anyone else says.
You didn't use the word "Cadbury" in your search did you? :D
Lmao! Another tip is you can actual scan the bar code on your packaging here in mfp and get the exact accurate info for your specific kind cause even eggs can vary depending on what kind they are. I'm starting to build up my own accurate…

The struggle is real I get it. I started a similar post to this a while back. I travel every second week for 5 days mon-fri. All the advice I've received is simply not doable all the time. Some days I am in meetings and working from 7 am to 9 pm and all of my meals are meetings and eating out. I'm only 48 days in of trying…

I would like to start tracking my measurements too. I only see an option to enter weight in the progress tab on mfp. How do I find the spot for tracking measurements? It would be great to just do it on here rather than having a separate app.

Which is why I said "MY" : ) I wasn't speaking about anyone else. Only me. And yes breakfast is MY most important meal of the day because I simply can't function without it. I think people should listen to their body more and other people's opinions less.

I usually eat my total goal for calories every day. But then create a deficit by working out and burning some of those calories. If I'm hungry I will eat back a small portion of them...if I'm not then great I have a bigger deficit. This method has had me lose just over 1lb per week.

I would not be able to do much beyond get up and walk to the kitchen without eating breakfast. I don't really care what science says...real life experience on the daily tells me breakfast is MY most important meal of the day. I pay attention to my body and it tells me everything I need to know. To me that's more valuable…

As with everything else there's no one answer fits all. For me weighing myself everyday is super motivating, regardless of the fluctuations that happen. I just got a scale that also measures body fat %, bone mass, water weight, etc.

I would be more inclined to get my DNA test done and it shows what foods are good and bad for your specific DNA makeup.

Nailed it! Yum! Thank you!! I will definitely be trying that.

I like Whitney Simmons on youtube's HIIT workouts

I personally don't think it matters what time you go. Just go when works for you...which might end up being at different times every day. The important thing is to keep moving....you don't need to be a robot to do that.

Try the 7 minute workout app as a warmup...and find a fitness guru on YouTube that you like to watch and listen to because they post tons of workouts for all different situations and levels, including at home workouts. I recommend getting one set of Dumbbells, a jump rope, and a resistance band. Those are the things I've…

For me it means eating something I'm craving that doesn't necessarily meet my goals for macros and that I wouldn't eat on a normal day. I still try and keep my calories within my target and I still exercise. I don't identify it as a cheat day or anything...I just let myself indulge in the odd "bad" craving. Like I had…

I love spinach and wish I could but I have had kidney stones twice now so I'm avoiding it. Thanks for the ideas. I definitely don't eat much fruit. I need to add more apples. I also don't eat red meat much. I have it in my head it's not that great for you? Am I wrong? Raisin bran...YUM!

I like the chicken souvlaki pita from extreme pita. 350 calories. Mostly healthy. And very filling and satisfying.

What is carb cycling?

For me it's coming on here regularly and tracking every little thing I ingest. I feel like everyone here is holding me accountable and It feels great to share the small wins and receive the encouragement. The calorie tracking makes me way more careful about my choices. My Fitbit also has helped. It's constantly reminding…

I'm very sore today after 4 days in a row of intense workouts. Body needs some rest so today I will go for a long walk or decent jog. The more I move around the more I loosen up and feel less sore.

I recently got the charge 2. I love it and am so glad I got it! It's quite accurate for me and is a good motivator. It's constantly telling me to take it for a walk haha. I found when I was logging exercises on here without it, it was showing way more calories burned than I actually was. Now that I have more accurate…

For some people it's like therapy and just makes them feel good. Simple as that I think : )
-
I workout hard 4-5 days per week then my "rest days" I go for a jog or walk.
-
Good message : ) I'm so sore today. Need a rest day. Walk or run maybe but no boot camp.

If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much. - Jim Rohn

I have experienced this in the past. People telling me that I shouldn't lose any more weight or saying my face looks sunken in. I felt great and was well within a healthy weight range (135 lbs at 5'7"). My guess is that it was just a bit of a shocker to see me looking so different from before. I didn't understand this…

Quinoa is actually quite high in calories. But I'd still rather have those calories than calories from fries or other fried foods. I have a similar challenge with respect to eating out. I travel every second week for work and eat out 2-3 meals a day with clients etc for 5 days in a row. It doesn't matter how healthy the…

Oh and by the way I really like the slim fast advanced nutrition caramel latte drink. I eat pretty healthy every day food now but I like to have that drink as a snack. I blend it up with ice and it's a great afternoon pick me up that tastes like a healthier version of a frappuccino. Yum.

You don't have to justify your decision. I'm kind of embarrassed by the lack of support. Once people learn something they become very critical and forget they started somewhere too. Good for you. Years Back when I lost a bunch of weight after babies (55 lbs), I started out using the slim fast diet as well. It worked great…
