They don't exist. And it's impossible to spot-reduce fat. A calorie deficit will reduce fat over your whole body, which will contribute to having less belly fat. But foods don't burn fat. Only exercise and a caloric deficit can do that.

Water, water, water! Also, are you ovulating or approaching/currently experiencing menstruation? Because your cycle may play into this.

How much water are you drinking? Thirst is often confused for hunger, and, if nothing else, water will help to fill up your stomach im between meals. It may also help to eat more, smaller meals rather than a few larger meals.
