Thanks for the replies ! I don't wear special socks and that's why I do want to get fitted because my sneakers seem to slide a lot like maybe too big too wide etc ..

I walk outside 3-4 miles 4-5 days a week .. also do Fitness Blender. Their workouts are free on YouTube

I always wondered if walking truly works.. I walk 3 miles about 4-6 days a week .. it takes me about 54 mins ..you look great!
