Cityruss is right. When your muscles are recovering they hold on to water which may mask any potential weight loss. This happens to me all the time so don't worry about it too much. Just keep up the good work and the pounds will come off.

I generally get about 7 hours of sleep a night though the past few days I haven't had any restful sleep if that makes any sense. I can give that a try as well since I have been trying to keep my carbs low.

I'm trying to lose 140lbs this year. So far I have dropped 41 and have another 99 to go. You can do it just stay positive and keep working!

Did you weigh yourself at the same time of day? Your body weight can fluctuate throughout the day so you have to weigh yourself at the same time to get a good read on how much you are gaining or losing.

I was told that the goal is to get 1g per 1lb of body weight on days you workout. Depending on how much you weigh, that can be a tall task.
