I love PF. It's 2 minutes from work, and can't beat the price. I've been a member for over a year now. Half the people I work with also go there. Keeps us all motivated, we'll harass anyone we haven't seen in awhile. I'm there 5 days a week!

Last night I survived going to the gym, plus 2 taekwondo classes, back to back. I'm a little stiff this morning.. but it's manageable. My journey to get fit, and have fun and try new things, it going great.. and that certainly makes me smile.

I also have an office job. I take the long way to the copier, boss's office, restroom... and do laps around the conference room table or parking lot on lunch. Hadn't thought about the resistance band.. good idea!
