This switch to the metric system is really helping my attitude! And the increased granularity of the digital scale allows me to track small losses.

I've upped my exercise and increased water intake. The latter is a little rough because I'm a teacher and can't just use the restroom whenever I want.1 -

Logged 13.2 miles running last week. In the pool more and paddle boarding. Also working on a patio project which involves laying 1400 4x8" pavers. Now if I could only squeeze another hours into each day.

Make time for yourself whether that be time to workout, go for a walk, do a arty project relax your doing amazing and your losing weight concentrate on yourself this week and do something you’ve always wanted to do

Weight has been up all week. Got to keep track of those BLTs (bites licks tastes). Been cooking and baking this week.

It's been a brutal couple weeks at work. Stress eating, plus overtime and less gym time.
There is no end in sight at for this work stress, so I need to buckle down on the eating.

Discouraged a little. No weight loss despite reasonably good eating and very consistent exercising. On the other hand, I was not very careful this past weekend because it was my birthday. I didn't go crazy with food but I didn't track my eating on Saturday, so I suppose a mini-plateau is a victory. I did measurements and found little change in most of them except the bust. Yay...

I had 4 deaths in the family/close friends the past few weeks, so my weight has been all over the place - up to 135.8 on the 13th - must be mostley water retention. Hoping to get to my most recent low weight of 129.4 on May 4 and continue losing.5 -

My son stepped on my laptop, and it hasn't worked since, so I cannot play my Jillian dvd's. I could join you for a different type of exercise though, just let me know0 -

I'm weighing myself too frequently and the fluctuation of the numbers bums me out. I should be more disciplined about only weighing once a week. The weight loss has definitely slowed down, but it's at the pace I was planning. 0.4kg doesn't sound like much, but it's actually almost a pound.
