I have been pretty loose with my eating the past week, which is reflected on the scale. I’m going to get back to my eating plan, which should get the scale moving in the right direction again!4 -

Hey guys feel like I need abit of support and hope you guys my if experienced similar ... I’ve been having some tummy trouble and long story and gory details left out I’ve got to go for a camera down the throat and also the other end I feel really nervous but realised it might be my diet and it could just be IBS but if it is there’s a lot of food that causes it and I don’t know actual what to eat
Anyone had to go for the cameras ??1 -

I've never had it done, but I've accompanied both my mom and my husband when they've had to. Good luck with it, and I hope nothing major is going on.0 -

Small loss over the past 2 weeks. Stressful couple of weeks, but I pushed through it. Yesterday I ran for 4 miles, then walked .5 miles. I've been stopping my run after 3.25 because in my head I only "needed" to run a 5k. My new goal is a 10k next March. 1 year anniversary of my first 5k.

Have you had the problem long term or is it more recently? And does it come and go? Certain foods/additives/spices bother me. My son is the same way, although he has a lot of allergies. Stress also causes us problem in that area. I have had the camera on the lower end, mainly because cancer runs in the family. For the actual test, my biggest issue wasn't the test itself but problems ariaing from hypoglycemia due to not eating, and having the sweats and almost passing out. The staff were terrific. My daughter had this done and it was pretty straightforward -- preparing for it was the worst part. Hope the process is quick and painless and they don't find anything too scary. x1 -

I for one would love to lose 6lbs before 25th of July so running a challenge from 4th of April to the 25th of July
The challenge is move it to lose it you choose your weapon of choice whether it be running cycling swimming cardio. Whatever gets you going and motivated !! Also try to drink at least 1.5L of water a day. Let’s do this
Us shorties find it trickier so let’s support and motivate each other to get the best possible results

Up again. Have been eating a lot more fruit (mango, papaya, avocado). The extra sugars and calorie a didn't help.
Ran my first 10k this week! Slow, but I ran the whole time. I Have 2 5k races this weekend. Got to keep moving.

Thanks, @tammierlewis My body always does that. Coming up to even a mini-goal it clicks into go-slow mode. Very frustrating!
