Hi all, I’m Wendy from Canada. ~5'2~
I’d like to keep up a healthy lifestyle by hitting the gym at least 3x a week, because I’ve been juggling between work and study and my weight has not been moving at all for past few month.
I want keep a realistic goal of losing 0.5lb a week, also for some health reason.
I'm very excited to join challenge! (Wish I saw this post earlier)

Anybody fancying joining me in a no sugar couple of weeks starting Monday until end of April by no sugar I mean processed so your allowed fruit and high sugar veggies just no choc or sweets etc2

I don't think the no sugar challenge is for me, though. I'm pretty good about avoiding sweets, but when I do have a real craving I find that it's better for me to have eg one small square of chocolate than to deprive myself completely.

Thank you! I'd love to take the credit and say that I worked really hard all week, but really I just stuck to the plan. When I go from eating what I like to being disciplined I always see a whoosh as my body adjusts to the shock. It never lasts long, unfortunately.0

Hello! I'm late to the game but .... here!
I'm 40 and 5' 2" ( if I stand tall) more on the muscular side, I ❤️to do weights and crossfit but while I made some #gainz on the bar ... I also did on the scale so I'm in lean out mode because my pants DON'T fit very well! Currently adjusting my workouts as well- time to get the sprints on!

GW 130 (ish) but I'm mostly interested in size/measures so will add those too.
