Nice recovery from the fair!

I like your way of thinking, just do your OMAD and don't cheat the system. You'll get there!

This is why I'll always weigh every day. It's going to happen at some point so best to nip it in the bud right away, which I have no doubt you will.

Have a safe flight.

I think the body adapts to the weight shift. When I was 350 I carried more muscle in order to be able to walk up stairs etc. Losing so much weight has meant losing some of those now unnecessary muscles. If I had to carry a 170 lb person on my back now I couldn't make it up one stair let alone several flights. lol Before I…

Very cool, would love to have such an experience.

I eat vegetables, dairy, meat, and fruit almost exclusively. Almost never have any grains or foods with added sugar of any kind. I try to focus on foods with low caloric/high nutrient density.

It is good advice to weigh every day Britt. Do so and you'll soon learn to ignore the day to day fluctuations and instead focus on the trends.
-
Great job, this takes a lot of determination to do what you're doing.

Really? and no trouble going right back to OMAD? That's the only thing that worries me about a wide open eating window, that I would get used to it very quickly.

Remind me again about the feast days, is the eating window wide open on those days? Or still somewhat time limited?

Oh I just noticed these kind words amflautist. Thank you so much. I believe that all of us in some way both inspire and are inspired by the various experiences posted here.
-
Sandy you continue to impress. Way to go.

All goals met. Max weekly weight at 186 Ran over 2.5 hours last Sun. Also lost 10 lbs for the month.
-
Oh yeah, all I would need is an eating window of about 3 minutes for that plate.
-
I'll match the 100 squats a week challenge. Oh wait, does that say per day?? Nevermind.
-
As Sarah would say, how rude of that scale. :D

Along the way there have been some pauses / plateaus. I can only guess that the body has to adapt along the way, sometimes letting go of the fat, other times holding on. I don't see it as having lost too much too fast. At this point also I do not have so much left to lose, perhaps 15 pounds. It seems that based on the…

I have to hand it to you man, there are many great looking meals posted here but yours I have to say really appeal to me as both tasty and very healthy. I hope to upgrade my cooking skills to reach this level.
-
I admire your renewed determination amflautist. Your body will listen and adapt to the new direction you're heading in.

Looking good, the "Queen of Maintenance" showing us how it's done.
-
You're back on track Niha, soon you'll be below where you were before. Good job.
-
Not as of this time. Next year I'll venture out and do some 5-10k type races and then we'll see where it goes. Mainly for the social fun and the challenge of making a PR. If I feel good and the knees are holding up I suppose it's possible that I would set my sights on another marathon, but I'd say not before next fall.…

thanks!

This is such a nice comment. It means a lot. thank you Niha.

You're smoking through the 150's. Fantastic.
-
Wow! You're on track.

I know how the meal planning goes. When you're doing OMAD and fasting you really can't leave meals to chance. I need to know in advance the what, where and when of my meals. There is no such thing as winging it and hoping it all works out. Each meal is so important, it represents an entire day.
