  • It's probably not the stretch. Some scales can vary even from one weigh in to the next, with barely any time lapsed. It could just be a matter of how you stood on the scale. Mine is sensitive. If I lean forward or backwards too much, I get an inaccurate reading. I try to make sure I'm standing up straight.
