All kinds of junk, lots of fast foods and biscuits / sweets. I've now changed all my eating habits to sensible and portion control.

OK - Would 2 chicken breasts with lots of vegetables be a suitable lunch? Do I need any carbs?

I used to weigh 259 Pounds, I now weigh 126 pounds :)
