I ventured onto MFP for the first time in years (because Reddit is currently down and idk what to do at work, besides work). See this post is bumped to the top and went through all the comments. Talk about a walk down memory lane! I miss all my 2018 friends! :'(

I am diabetic and was on Ozempic for awhile. The reason some people may lose weight is because it makes you feel like crap and you don't want to eat. It felt like there was a huge rock in my stomach and I actually missed days of work because of the pain/discomfort. I am no longer on that medicine. However, there is…

Nice try MFP. I only came back for the food tracking, I already switched to another app for my work outs. This may be the thing that finally sinks this old boat.

MFP went downhill years ago. I used to love this place. Then every little thing would get ban hammered. I miss my old pals. And yes, the fitness-y aspects suck too.

Ok, I'm not a smoker but my boyfriend is. How is the best way for me to support him if/when he decides to quit? Are there any good ways of even bringing up the subject. And no, I don't ever want to "change" him. But I do have a concern for his health, especially in this age of covid.

My daughter in 10th grade took her ACT just "for fun" and today we got her score. 22. I'm super proud of her! She's had some major struggles in her life, including ASD. She battles clinical depression and anxiety, as well as some other medical issues. Just to wake up each morning is a fight, but she kicks so much asss. <3

I tend to think some people are more open to certain energies that others can't detect. I've found that kids seem to be more open than adults. I've tried to explain away my personal experiences, but haven't been able to altogether.

For about 6 months after my divorce, I lived in a haunted house. We had multiple experiences including kitchen cabinet doors slamming when no one was in there, objects placed lined up that no one was home to do, pictures turned the wrong way. Once, I "fell" down some stairs and sprained my ankle. It literally felt like I…
