  • Hello fellow THM's!!! I've been "on plan" appx 6 months with ZERO weight loss, and ZERO inches lost :( So enter MFP....which I've done before with no luck, lol.......I'm hoping that combing the 2 will see success! Please add me as a friend!! :)
