True I have done both. I am a fan of IF...but switched it up a month ago to eating in a 10 hour window (including breakfast) instead of a six hour eating window I just am eating less and still losing weight. It is easier to eat less at supper when I know that 14 hours later I can have breakfast so it all evens out IMO

Age 51 - started period on September 8th went for about 10 days then stopped then a week later bam...another heavy three days of period. LOL I thought they were supposed to be further apart!

All or nothing way of trying to lose weight. If I ate something I considered "bad" I would use that as an excuse to blow the rest of the day because I can start fresh tomorrow only often to have the same thing happen. The whole social media, esp. facebook and people bragging about their lives. Gosh for sure...I find the early morning awakenings are not good...I will often wake up between 3 and 5 if something is bothering me...I hate it! Then first thing I do is start thinking...gah!

I do use tazorac cream which is a prescription retinoid cream. .I guess I will keep using it. I don't use it every day but want something else to try on other days. What about oils. I.e. olive, vitamin e, etc.?

Started to implement this by having a tepid shower then at the end blasting it to cold for 15 seconds or so...lots of benefits supposedly. I think it is better for your hair/skin than hot.

Love what you wrote! No history of depression but I tend to ruminate a lot and think negative thoughts so maybe some mild depression I guess. I do exercise and take care of myself for sure. I think sometimes I think when bad stuff happens I will not be able to handle it but I have to realize that I have been thru bad stuff…

Honestly I don't think she did...I know one time she commented on another lady that hikes with her sometimes who I know and she said about her..."it is great that she does all this walking and hiking but she still needs to lose weight". Yes I do this if eating something higher calorie etc just eat less of it...we went to McDonald's last week just had the junior mcchicken and small fries. To me way easier to eat what I want just less of it.

FOR looks and being 50 I want more strength as I age. I am a firm believer that as u age u workout more not less. Might be gross to some but I love that sweaty stinky feeling after a good workout!

I know so many people that are choosing to not have kids!
