I used to do this...I would keep apples around for that reason. I would grab an apple for a night time snack. Haven't done it for a long time but yeah it used to be a regular occurrence.

No I am "delaying not denying" Who says anything about denying and binging???? I do not deny myself and I do not binge, I just eat within an 8 or 6 hour eating window per day.

Love IF. I just need that discipline of eating within a certain time period so for me it works. Today it is 5 5 hours eating window.

I love chips too...sometimes it is just the whole thing around it...sitting on the couch watching garbage tv, stuffing myself with chips/chocolate, etc. Sometimes so much more enjoyable than going to the gym!

I would pick a day and then tell myself okay you are going to exercise a certain amount plus eat perfectly (in my head that would be low fat), so if I ate something that I considered "bad" I would use that as an excuse to blow it that day and start again the next day. That is what I did...I eased into it, I started with a 13:10 then did an 16:8 now I tend to do more of an 18:6 most days. The thing is though I still feel hungry leading up to my feeding window I just ignore, push thru it, etc. I tell myself that I will not die if I wait to eat and that usually calms my mind.

Okay makes sense...I think though I will try and push myself a little harder even for a few minutes each workout, I admit I sometimes will hold back in order to preserve energy to carry on, if that makes sense!

Hi, sorry, it is cardio workout...so treadmill and the step mill machine. Yes we are all wearing the same heart monitors, it is a chest strap one. I think I have to push myself more...i.e. run sprints, today I just do a slow run for about 2 km...my heart rate was up but just in the moderate high 70%.

Thanks for the info. I have a retinoid I use that is prescription it is called tazorac cream and costs me nothing. As for moisturizer I prefer natural oils!

LOL...yeah right now I am happy with what I use, I use Cera Ve cleanser and witch hazel as my toner as well as Paula's Choice products. After I posted this I read a review and it seemed kind of hit and miss. I think I will stick with what I am currently using.

This is just me, but if I were you, I would implement IF...so stop eating at 7 or earlier and then do not have anything but water/plain tea, etc. until at least 13 or 14 hours later. Why not incorporate weight training instead of trying to lose weight? Weight training does great things for a figure.

I am the same way....at a buffet, most people can't resist the dessert trays for me that does not even tempt me...I am more tempted by the meats/cheeses/creamy salads/buns, etc.
