I track carbs, fat, protein and calories. Was just wondering what the general consensus was.

If we're going by the same exact graph. I do eat deli meat...which I know has a ton of sodium and is most likely where majority comes from but it's so quick for when I gotta grab and go.

I have my fitbit linked to my account. It tracks all my steps and counts it as exercise. It also tracks when I actually do exercise. With that being said the more I move the more I can eat. I will end my day with 500-800 calories left.

I was walking with my headphones in and wanted to dance down the street but didn't wanna make a fool of myself. Even though I didn't dance I felt alive and amazing. I felt like I was glowing.

Did you have loose skin? I'm 5'11 240lbs and terrified of loose skin cause it's so expensive to get it removed
