Honestly they're probably just shocked/jealous of your newfound health. Women (especially) can be really vindictive when they see another as a threat. I'm not sure why we're like that, but it's something I've seen a lot, particularly at an all-girl's school.

That sounds okay, kind of like grapes? Hahaha. How did you figure out loving avocados? Usually I can only stomach them with chips or on toast. I absolutely can't eat them with eggs like my mother, and I'm not a fan of the texture. Any ideas? Should I use a firmer avocado, etc?

I don't actually know! One day I just decided to meal plan, eat healthy (or do my best to!) and TRY to get my activity levels sorted! I joined a cheerleading squad and never looked back. Go Platinum team!! Hahaha, MFP has also been a huge motivator. It's so convenient!

I never actually realised you could 'complete' the diary until a few weeks ago, and I find when I eat roughly the same foods (egg for breakfast, salad for lunch, carrots and almonds for snack and SOMETHING for dinner...) it stays the same, usually. It's a great motivator to see my goal nearly reached! :-)

Overeating your calories is really all that matters. BUT! There are more calories in a bread roll than in a salad, so you just face the choice of quality over quantity!
