  • Yes I do. I think it's about being approachable and also about not caring lol. I've been happily married 23 years so when I go out (rarely). I couldn't care less if I'm hit on, I'm out to hang with my girlfriends and not be "mom" for a hot minute. So maybe my being aloof helps? Dont know. But while it's nice to receive a…
  • 45 year old mom of 3 . Making time for myself to get back to where I want to be. Anyone can add me.
  • You can add me, I have 10-15 lbs to lose, 45 yo. Just re-joined two weeks ago. Only 3 lbs down. The struggle is real.
  • People who post on Facebook how they took a jog, fed the kids, cleaned the whole house, and now are about to spend quality time with their husband. Lies! Girl...I know you in person and you haven't done any of that . Be real, you've binged watched Netflix all day and threw the kids some crackers.
  • I was just going to add as well, surgical bands would make it difficult. But otherwise if you are a food lover, which I'm assuming you like to eat if you're here, even clean foods can easily add up to 1200. Some days I'm just under, but it's on purpose. Never by accident. I could accidentally go over on any given day if i…
  • Final straw for was trying on spring clothes. Seeing myself in the mirror and trying to find clothes to hide the bulge, I thought this is BS! I don't have to be this way. Stop making excuses that you're tired, it's cold out, life circumstances , etc. just do it! So I am. :)
  • Curious how to order a skinny version margarita
  • This is what I opted for. Limited myself to two wraps, and under ten chips (so hard). Still many calories but i ate light the rest of the day :)
  • To eat more. I love when those calories get added to my daily allowance lol
  • All three of mine didn't sleep well until age 2. So it's. Not that abnormal if you ask me. I kept it simple when they were young. Walks with them in the stroller or sit ups a couple times a day when I could fit them in. Every little bit helps. But if you need that nap instead of working out, then take it! This is a passing…
  • Yes, usually it fits. I'll re figure something's and make it fit ;) problem is, wine makes me eat more. But I'll work that out, get that under control.

  • Take your meds, get your levels checked regularly. I had my thyroid removed about 10 years ago. Hasn't affected my weight very much. Even went through one pregnancy without a thyroid and they adjusted the meds accordingly. Now I'm a bit older , (45) and my metabolism is slowing down naturally . So that's an issue, but my…
  • Wow! I have an elementary aged child and I would flip if the gym teacher told her that. I agree, highly inappropriate . I would go to the school and complain. That is not ok, and she is setting up the kids to have an eating disorder. At ages 5-14 counting calories should not be the focus, activity, fun, eating healthy…
  • And a special thank you to you. I'm glad you are hearing and inspiring others with your story. ❤
  • Thank you all. It's not an easy road for sure. I just feel like I am ready to get myself moving in the right direction. And it's a start to healing myself.
  • I do eat wheat everyday , hmm, I will try to cut that out. My smoothies are usually berry, with alittle spinach. I will increase that and see what happens. And thank you.
  • Thank you <3
  • I have thank you. I was looking more for foods known to improve mood and energy. I know that the journey is long, not looking for a quick fix to get over the loss of a loved one. But more trying to boost my energy in the meantime while I do the inner work.
  • I would like to join
  • I am a returning newbie too. After taking a year off , with many excuses as to why I didn't keep the weight off, I gained 15 lbs and I am not happy with it. So here I am ready to take control of my life again
