For 4/17; 1- stay enough below my calorie range so I can enjoy a small piece of cake for my 8-year old's birthday, and not hurt her feelings. 2- do a 30-min yoga practice on YouTube or independently

Holidays, travel, any shakeup to routine. Getting familiar and complacent... what gets me back on; the personal rewards for being conscious of diet and strong through exercise. My "community" of mfp friends motivate me-feel free to add!

Summer! I want to feel good at the pool, strong and toned.

I really enjoy yoga poses for abs. I learned most of these from classes but I found some quick videos just by googling. I'm with you; always looking for new ab exercises (my weakest spot) Good luck!

Stick to fruit and savor all the ready-cut and prepared salad stuff/ healthier foods. Remind yourself how good you feel presently. But allow yourself to enjoy, even if that means not sticking to you "usual." Have a good plan for when you get home too! Enjoy!!

I've made ice cream from frozen bananas which is pretty awesome. Basically you cut/freeze and then put in food processor. Mix in a tad bit of peanut butter or Nutella or berries. You can make popsicles from this too. Mostly do it for my kiddos

I work from home and exercise at home. Usually a jog outside or treadmill. Tried the swirkit app which was kind of cool... or I do yoga moves I've picked up... sometimes an exercise DVD from the library

I'll share. I'm 252 calories over today so no secrets. Just started sat night so I'm not very up to speed on how this all works (haven't added friends yet), but I'm open to it all.

Same here (busy mom, 2 kids, rut...) I do believe meal planning works (if you fail to plan you plan to fail-that's what my sister learned at weight watchers). This morning I made a big pot of turkey soup today. Prepping anything they will last a day or 2 helps with a busy schedule and diet...
