I just saw this thing that said put $5 away for every pound you lose. So at the end you have money for a new wardrobe! I am going to start this now! I have about 63lbs I'd like to lose so that's going to be a good end reward. I like the idea of rewarding yourself throughout the process too though.

I am talking plain Cheerios with spices.... It may be approximately the same, calories per serving but you get more Cheerios in a serving vs a bag of chips.

Flavored Cheerios. Sounds weird but they came out pretty good!

I do both. I like experimenting in the kitchen though.

Have you tried the avocado brownies yet? I was thinking about trying them. But definitely look forward to trying new recipes.

Might have to look into that! You seem more into it then I am! Omg! Teach me your ways lol

So beautiful! Makes me miss New Mexico!

Ohh, where have you seen this?

The first batch came out horrible, my three year old son even chose going to bed over eating them. Second batch was tweaked a bit and they came out a lot better. I have been baking since I was probably about 5ish, so yes they aren't typical cookies. They are a healthy version and you can tweak the recipe to make it how you…

I prefer the PBfit it had a better taste to it.

To a point yes. I was in your same boat, it's been almost a year with him and a lil over a month ago I decided I was going to change my ways... At times I don't feel like he supports me or understands how important my health is and getting in shape. Yes it is very easy to fall into other people's bad habits of you spend a…

It's weird, I really lost momentum this past week. My workouts have been pretty lack luster and honestly, I think it was lack of support from my significant other. I'm trying to stay away from alcohol because of the calories and he encouraged me to drink on our night off... And yesterday I drank as well for Easter dinner.…

Body fortress protein isolate is awesome. Was nervous about using it but was amazing in my shake yesterday!

I do it all the time. I have been making tuna and cheese wraps and lately turkey and cheese wraps. Salads are always a good low cal choice too. It can be done, you just have to be creative.

I have two dresses that my boyfriend surprised me with when we started dating, they fit me but I feel like an over stuffed sausage in both of them and feel like if I lost the weight I'd feel comfortable and maybe if I got to my goal weight they'd need to be taken in! They are two absolute dream dresses for me and if I…

I enjoy a bagel thin with cream cheese it's about 180 calories for both and it doesn't make me feel super full first thing, which tends to make me tired. Also enjoy spinach and egg and if you desire you could add bacon or turkey sausage.

I have been having issues meeting protein goals daily. I found Turkey lunch meat that was high in protein and I use tuna fish and chicken as much as possible. Today I made my first protein shake and not going to lie I was afraid to for weeks because I thought it would be gross. At 245 calories it was good source of protein…

I enjoy fiber one bars and I just discovered ones with protein which excited me. Also like cheese sticks, bananas, grapes and sometimes a serving of cheese crackers and dip them in peanut butter. Last week I took Cheerios and put sunflower oil and a packet of dry ranch dressing mix and baked them and measured out serving…

Because of an ex, I was lucky enough to get on a plane and travel by myself across the country to see him. Flying was a huge fear of mine and traveling alone was another. He also got me to rock climb, (afraid of heights) through tears and many I can't do this, I finally did it. Huge confidence boost when you accomplish…

I made ranch Cheerios for a salty snack. And surprisingly they came out amazing. I also like the generic brand gold fish, and if I need protein I ad some peanut butter. Lately I haven't been craving any sweets since I started this weightloss journey so no suggestions there.

I remember years ago when I was a beauty adviser, there was a makeup line that had different shadows and liners for different colored eyes and plum was one of the colors for brown eyes and a co-worker tried it out and her eyes popped. It was kind of sheer so it wasn't really prominent bit enough to to accent the color of…
