Pea protein doesn't agree with me for some reason makes me dizzy but it could have been a bad container 🤷

I eat them for like you say portion control,plus some are really good to me but I also noticed that the pasta ones remind me of cheap "filler pasta" if that makes any sense, usually I scoop most of it out and add vegetables instead keeps me Fuller too

This is great! I have such a hard time throwing food away! I'm used to cooking for 6 people and still haven't got it thru my head that most of the kids have flown the coop so there's always leftovers,need to change my thinking or buy less food😆

We'd bake ours in the oven until they were practically see thru so good😍
