I'm the one who brings in sweets to try to get rid of them.. but then I snack from the vending machine. We order out 2x a week too. The other night I told them no and was so proud of myself!

Add me! I think it is amazing and inspiring what you are doing. It will be great for you and your daughter. I am here if you need anything. I have been overweight since I was the same age too. I have a poor diet and am working on changing it.. slow (sometimes very slow) and steady.

I totally understand!!! I'm in exactly one week as well. I'm still in my old ways. I eat chocolate still but I know I can't cut everything out right away. My mom suggested trying to not eat/drink something every week to take it slow. I'm trying to stick around the calorie limit the app has for me and if I don't hit it but…
