Just don't beat yourself up if you have an off day or two, or week. If you are like me, you've made not so great food choices most of your life, it's going to take time to change those habits. Set small goals and take it one day at a time

I try to chew sugar free gum in between meals to keep me from grazing.

The way I look at it, if you cheat once your more opt to do it again, and again, and again. Once you overcome a craving or two for sweets, and reduce your added sugar intake...you likely won't even want to eat junk. I try to eat as little added sugar as possible. I've found that by cutting out, at the very least reducing, added sugar I have no real craving for the junk anymore. Also, I know that if i eat that stuff it will wreak havoc on my skin, and I'm a skincare freak so I generally will stay away from the sugary stuff.

Thanks everyone! Looking forward to all that good that will come out of this journey, and ready to face the challenges as well! My husband is bulking and I'm trying to lose so it should be interesting!
