Yes. An easy start would be to start looking at portion control. Get smaller plates and eat what's on your plate before adding to it. Look up recommended portion sizes in weight for male and female. Thought about that but the gym isn't open before I leave for work in the morning. Out the door at 7 am. Gym only usually opens about there. Tried working out first thing at home for a while. It totally destroys me.

Freeze it in icecube trays and you have chicken stock in handy cubes for later meals. Reduce it down for a more intense flavor.
