Eggs, flatout wraps, Greek yogurt, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, almonds, spinach,kale, protein powder, chicken breasts, ground turkey, romaine lettuce....basics

I chopped mine off because all my hair weight was too much for me. I took it extreme, but feel better now.

I've got the same problem. I just finished snacking on unsalted tortilla chips to try to fill in some cals. I'll usually go for things I've been wanting to eat. Just not go overboard.

I'm 5'1, currently weigh 126 (last I checked). I would like to weigh about 115-120. My heaviest was 146. Pretty proud of my progress so far.

I've been try for a year and I've lost hope too. But it seems from the feed back I'm getting, it is possible. I'll continue to work on this, we'll see how it goes. Good luck to you too.

5-6 days a week. Between 30- 60 minutes. Hiit some days, strength training others. Pilates too.

5'1 here. You can add me. I've been here fora week but, I've been eating semi healthy for quite a while. Mt starting weight was 146 and I now weigh 126. I hope to be 116-118.

I read that people don't eat what they worked out. I simply get more confused. I try to eat them, but my tummy is too full to eat those up as well. I 'll try that approach. Thank you.
