How may calories are you eating now? Are you building muscle? I would stick around 2000 It wont make you gain weight you are a young male which works to your benefit. As you age you may want to decrease in calories but right now at your age and weight I think you would be fine. You should be proud of losing all that weight…

This makes me feel so much better I had chinese the other night and even measured the house fried rice lol and i gained 2 & 1/2lbs! It's crazy how much sodium affects the body

Thank you ☺ I did an overhaul on everything I ate. Low carb wraps for sandwiches, veggies and boiled eggs no box food whatsoever. And I didn't eat back all of my exercise calories just half. But logging was the most important, I never realized how much i was actually eating AND drinking it all adds up.

This is exactly what I'm going through I literally have 2 friends now because of weight loss. It makes me very sad because I am a very caring person and I would never make someone feel bad about themselves. I guess when you want to make yourself better you find out who your true friends are.

I think it is about confidence and the age. I am 33 and I've lost 45 lbs. I have been with my husband for 14 years and its never been like this. So there is definitely nothing weird about it Enjoy it!! :)

I get this all the time from my coworkers I am 5'6 and 163lbs I have dropped 42 lbs total since I started in February . I am trying to get to 145, the constant criticizing is frankly just pissing me off but also keeping me motivated. It's all jealousy, do what YOU feel comfortable with no one else matters :smile:
